The hotel was fantastic. The rooms (203 and 207) were very spacious, modern, fresh and clean. It has a nice place to setup (and leave) your suitcase, a nice armchair and several cupboards with plenty of shelves. On the desk, there's a waterboiler with thee and coffee/chocolate (powder), which got cleaned every day. Don't forget to rinse the vinegar out before use. There's a safe which will fit an iPad, but not a 17" laptop (15" will probably fit). There's a small fridge which can hold about 2 6-packs of water. Every day the hotel replenishes the thee/coffee/chocolate and puts a fresh set of cups and a free bottle of water in the fridge. The airconditioning was very nice as well. But it is cool in the hotel anyways, we were there with 30 degreees outside and even without the airco it was nice in the room. It never got too hot in the room. The beds were good as well, very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft. The hotel has a large parkinglot which was locked down after 23:30, so no worries about the car either.
So the downsides: 1 big one: there was a big spot of black mold in the shower.
The reception staff speaks English. There's a Lidl supermarket for groceries a couple of minutes away (by car). Aix-en-Provence center is about 15 minutes by car. Very nice towncenter, nice restaurants and a cosy market on the boulevard, open every night until, idk, 23:00/midnight orso.
We would definately recommend this hotel to others!
