I booked this room 6 months ago (January) for the Morgan Wallen concert and made attempts to message the staff/venue in February via the Hotels app and then several calls to various numbers via this app and Google as trying to situate check-in but never a response (or good number). Arrive early Saturday to try and situate this prior to concert, no staff anywhere, call the # on sign, told they will text a code when room is ready (around 4p), they forgot as I had to call them again to confirm this. Get there that night, wrong code & locked out. Try and ring the bell, no response. Have to text them and get a new code.
Room was not cleaned well, floors need to be mopped, stains on sheets, bathroom was skeptical. I was supposed to have 1 king, got 2 queens. 1 was totally un-usable and horribly uncomfortable with springs stabbing your back.
Still never once saw someone of 'staff' the entire time we stayed. And not enough parking for guests, have to park on street.
