Exceptionally courteous and well-trained staff. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene and divine. The premises is generally well-maintained, and the restaurant offers authentic Satvik cuisine.
Very badly maintained property, it is a pilgrimage place, i guess thatâs what you will get, but they have property that can be kept clean and maintained well, broken electric faucet, toilet always leaking water and reception staff kind of rude. I guess it is not looked after well, otherwise they have fantastic property right across the temple
Terrible experience and service not matching price
It was a terrible stay for my family , we booked the family suite but still the services was very poor. No air conditioning in the room, no breakfast provided even then it was mentioned in the hotel itinerary
Terrible room service and staff
The location of the hotel is across the road from the temple. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room had 2 fans but they were swinging wildly and so we went with just A/C. The room was clean. TV was towards the corner of the room, but we did not use much. The bathroom was clean, however it could get an upgrade. Did not try the morning unlimited breakfast as it was around 400 per person.
Very convenient, right opposite to the temple. Good restaurant option in the hotel.
Only thing is, the restaurant doesnât honor foreign credit cards.
Overall the experience is good for one night stay, very close to temple and food and other amenities. There are chances to improve, toilet papers are not provided and hair dryer is not provided, I would expect those basic things for the price we paid for the room, also welcome drink is not provided as stated( anyways rating was not given based on this).
The check-in process was fast and rooms were well maintained. We had booked the Maharaja Suite which was perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast options were limited but served fresh and tasty. On call service was prompt and property is exactly opposite Mandir which is convenient for darshan.
