The hotel in general and our room in particular were absolutely lovely. The staff were attentive and always helpful and cheerful.
The breakfast was excellent, huge choice of options, the only small niggle being the extra charge for a European-style coffee (but that was still very cheap).
In terms of design, I'm not a fan of the bathroom being separated from the bedroom by just a curtain - I wouldn't even want that with a partner, and it seems even less sensible when it's a twin room - but we knew about that before booking, and it really wasn't an issue.
In terms of location, it's not the most central, but once we discovered that a taxi was only about £2, we ceased to worry. Hoi An itself is a delightful place to spend time, and we'd also recommend the day trip to the old capital of Hue.
Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
