The customer service for this property is abysmal. First you don't get check in instructions until 3pm on the day you are expected to arrive. I had to make no less than 5 calls to Elite in both Poland/London and Expedia. Don't bother calling the London office, they don't answer the phone nor do they call you back. Poland office may or may not answer the phone. Expedia tried to help but didn't really get anywhere. Once we arrived the place was okay, there was no AC (it appeared broken), the iron was just a hot plate (no steam) and the ironing board was broken. The shower was alright but had temperature fluctuations. It is an older property with some issues. The clothes washer was great and included laundry pods. The only soap provided was hand wash. Location is amazing, close to everything, but comes with loud nights if you want to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of AC. I would not re-book with this company again due to the lack of service and maintenance of the property itself.
