My family and I had a good stay at this hotel. The communication with the hosts was clear and fast before the stay. The check-in was easy and the room was clean. The room is small but fits 4 people. The hotel is quite small, though - there is no eating area or such. The place has a good location: close to the Coliseum and the city center and not far from the train station either. We were treated very well by the hotel staff, very friendly. One thing to note, though, is that Rome has a tax fee (3,50 euros per night/ per person), and this adds a lot to the final accommodation price, depending on how many nights you stay. Another thing to be noted - not sure if it's written in the hotel ad - there is no breakfast, but it's fine, Rome has many nice and cheap cafes. Finally, we had a good time, and would definitely stay there again for a short stay!
