Well, I need to start off by letting you know that if you are arriving late, call them at least 5 times and don't give them a specific time. I was arriving between 3 and 5am. I called multiply times to inform them. I played it save and told them that I was arriving between 4 and 5 am. We actually aarived at 2:33 am. We found the front desk closed. Called many times and no answer. Called Hotels.com and they also tried calling and no answer. After an hour, they finally showed up, he came out of room 101, he was sleeping. I was furious! We were tired after an 11 hour drive, with my son in the car, it was cold out side and this gentlemen was sleeping?! OMG! Then he haf the nerve to tell us that we were supposed to arrive later...BRUH! You are not supposed to be slleping on your shift. We were so upset but too tired to argue. Hotels.com was very helpful and stayed with us on the phone and offered to give us a credit. We also had small roaches in the bathroom. Another thing, we called the front desk a couple of times a no answer. We left a day early and lost a night rate because of all the situations. Even the breakfast needs a little boost. I will be looking at other options when we visit Pigeon Forge next time.
