Check-In was a disaster but at no fault of your property. My bank put a freeze on my credit card because another hotel in which I did initially book, but cancelled tried to have the amount of the booking charged to my credit card. My grand daughter who was there with me had to cover the cost of the stay until I could get everything worked out, thankfully it did. Outside of that everything was pretty good. Love the fact that we had a suite, free breakfast, free parking and an indoor pool. I also would like to shout out Mr. Michael at check-in, he was really cool, friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
