On the pictures the hotel looks allright, except this isn't a hotel. Rather a motel. My friend and I arrived around 15.00 hours and had to buzz several times to be let in. Yes buzz. The lady opening speaks only Italian. We received a room way up in the attic. She told us to go wait upstairs and some other women was supposed to check us in. In our room there was a booklet with instructions and the internet passwords. By their policy towels and sheets would only be replaced every three days, or for a fee sooner. Internet was not working. We waited and she came after half an hour. We had to check in another location, that was about an 800m walk. The check in was at another Hotel actually and was owned by the same people. Their solution for the internet was to give the password to the WiFi of that hotel, were we were in fact not staying. We asked if we could change to this hotel (closer to the station and looked better). We were told 'No', not today, because I had used the bathroom?? Well I did, because we had to wait for 30 minutes and we just had a long journey. Don't even know how they knew I went to the bathroom. A switch the next day was available.
For breakfast you get a voucher for the cafe down the road. Allowing you to get a croissant, a hot beverage of your choice and juice. That's it. Anything else is extra.
Would not recommend this hotel. Staff not very friendly. Actually not hotel. More of a motel.
