Keep away. Booked an apartment with a terrace and got placed in an inferior apartment. Found out about the switch when I checked in. By then it was too late. Had I known about the apartment I booked was not available, I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else. I received an insignificant refund for my "inconvenience," which was basically a refund to reflect the difference between inferior apartment's rate and the more expensive apartment that I booked. Extremely disappointed with Nest (whom I think scammed me) and Hotels.com was of little help.
There was just one floor fan for 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. It was extremely hot for summers
If the windows or balcony doors were opened- lots of insects get into the room
The apartment was infested with ants. Any food like cookies when kept outside the fridge has 100s of ants within minutes
Toiletries provided were insufficient for 4peopleâs stay for 4 days
Location is great but overall a bad experience
This property is very accessible but tough to find at first due to no sign outside the property near the sidewalk. But An easy walk though to all shopping areas, grocery store, train station, buses and restaurants.
This apartment was clean, in a great neighborhood, close to great restaurants and public transportation. It was very close to the main train station. I would stay here again.
