This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our entire stay went well until the morning. The breakfast was great, the bathroom and room were clean, the check in went perfectly. The morning we woke up on 7/6/25, we had some issues with the front desk. It left us with some frustration. I asked for some toothpaste and a hair dryer. The man acted annoyed. He said he would send up a dryer, but never did. When we were leaving I tried to use the business center. There is a sign clearly marking it and it was listed on the property details. When I got inside the center with my key, the room was full of cases of soda and everything was shut down. When I asked about it, the same front desk man gruffly stated, "Hilton properties don't have to provide a business center anymore". I asked if he could print my daughter's national park pass and he again acted annoyed. He told us we don't need it printed. I said that I am sure we do, but he was not going to print it and assured us we would be fine. Well, we weren't. We got to Black Canyon and the ranger told us we absolutely cannot enter for free on the fourth grade pass without it printed. We were counting on using the pass to save $35. This front desk staff member could have made our day, but he honestly made it difficult and frustrating.
