Great location, quite and secure. All appliances were great and all operational. Only real negative is that there was dust on shelves and covered both fans. Instructions on arrival were not reallly precise but I would recommend add to call the after hours number upon arrival would make it easier.
There could have been more detail given as to precise check in & car park entry procedure. As a first timer & not used to off site managers I found it quite confusing & getting in took far longer than necessary.
The property itself is lovely, however the furnishings are in need of cleaning or replacing. The lounge was disgustingly filthy and needs cleaning. The table is also stained. We booked a unit with 2 queen beds so capable of taking 4 adults but there was only a 2 seater lounge so others had to sit on a plastic dining room chair. The unit itself was lovely but the check in process was also not great. Didnât get the email to fill in online forms. 4 phone calls to get it. Wotif says to go to a different address to check in, no street number on property, so we sat outside in the street and called and they said you donât need to drive to different address. You send online form back and youâll get further instructions. Property website has 2 different addresses on it for the same property. Overall, quite disappointed in the whole process for a ânon budgetâ relatively expensive stay.
Quiet area - suited us as it was close for appointments. Took a little time finding letter box for key - instruction letter on where unit was located might be an idea. Okay for me but for an older traveller it would be helpful. Unit very comfortable and had everything we needed.
