Where do I begin to give this place a 0 rating?
We paid for a king suite, and the pictures show a jacuzzi in the room. We arrived, and they put us into a suite with one queen bed. The small couch had dog hair all over. The carpet was not vacuumed. The blanket had stains on it. I went back to the office to politely tell them that they gave me the wrong room and that my husband and I need a king. He lied and told me that I booked a queen. He was very sarcastic and told me to contact Expedia to cancel my reservation if that’s what I wanted to do. He made it seem like I would have an issue paying for a better room when I booked a king suite, to begin with. He said the jacuzzi room had been sold out for weeks. He said if you want two queen beds, it’ll be an extra $55… I declined his offer because I already paid for that. I asked for a clean blanket, and two hours later, they finally brought one. The walls are so thin in the room that you can hear people walking, and the slightest movement shakes the room. The heater makes very loud noises. My husband was so grossed out by the couch he slept on the floor. Mind you, it’s winter and it’s cold. I slept on the queen bed, and I was freezing all night because the heater did not reach the entire suite. I can write a novel. Ultimately, I would be somewhat calm if the staff were friendly. Oh, and their pet fees are $60 per dog. You should clean your rooms before charging $60 pet fee with someone else’s dog hair on couches.
