I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. After booking a room months in advance, I confirmed last week that a cot could be provided, only to be told the room was too small. I then canceled and rebooked a larger room, specifically to ensure the cot would be available. Upon arrival, I was met with unprofessionalism and outright dishonesty. The front desk staff initially claimed the hotel didn’t have cots, only to backtrack when confronted and admit that the one cot available had been given to another guest days earlier.
The second staff member I dealt with was even more dismissive and rude, repeatedly stating that she was "not a magician" when I sought an explanation for the mishandling of my reservation. This lack of accountability and empathy is unacceptable. How can a hotel of this size only have one cot, and how can it be promised to multiple guests? The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standard I expected. I will not be returning and would caution others to avoid this establishment if they value honesty and competent service.
