New management and customer service is deplorable. This management of this company could do with attending some customer service workshops. The rooms have been renovated and are very nice, having stayed there multiple times over the years the renovations had been overdue, so they got this right.
Such a shame that their online booking system (they dont answer the phone) is a mess. Also takes weeks and so many emails to get money back from their mistake and double charging.
Still waiting for my refund of double charges.
Nearly forgot, my meal was terrible.
