For late arrival, a payment in cash is required, but you know the amount only after booking. Thus, as we were supposed to arrive at the apartment at 10:50pm, we withdrew 44€ in cash right before taking the train (20€ for late arrival before 11pm + 2 persons*2 nights*6€ for usual fees). However, our train was delayed and we arrived at the apartment at 11:22pm. We explained the situation to the person in charge of the check-in, offering to give him the missing cash (due to the not forecasted late arrival) the day after or at the checkout. But, he wouldn’t leave the apartment before getting 59€ (35€ for late arrival after 11pm + 2 persons* 2 nights*6€). He wanted us to go to the ATM, although we insisted on the fact that we were very tired. He stayed more than 40mn in the apartment, pretending that he was sending messages to the landlord. And, when we asked him the landlord phone number to find a solution he gave us a fake number. The final solution was to meet him again on the day after, as we offered at first. He said that he would contact us around 2pm and in fact only contacted us at 5pm, saying he was available from 8pm (and of course we cannot adapt our weekend to the person in charge of the check-in). I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
