Great weekend stay. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally brand new, so everything works flawlessly and the decor feels fresh and not too generic.
Location wise, lots of places to eat nearby, few minutes walk to the river and tube station.
Only improvement could with the servicing of the rooms, they are done very late in the day and things like milk, water coffee etc were not topped up.
Overall had a lovely stay and could happily recommend this hotel.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in whilst in London and the staff were the ones who topped it all off. All so very friendly and willing to help! Will be coming back everytime we stay in London now
