Les draps étaient sales, d'ailleurs toute l'hôtel était malpropre. Notre chambre n'était pas prête même si on est arrivé à 18h. On a tout de même bien dormi car c'était tranquille.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience at MHO Hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. The overall experience fell far below my expectations, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. For the price paid, I expected a clean, comfortable environment and professional customer service. Unfortunately, the experience was not what it should have been. Guests deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable when paying for a hotel stay. I would strongly encourage management to take customer feedback seriously and address the issues affecting the guest experience. Based on my stay, I would think twice before booking here again. Save your money and consider other options before making a reservation.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel was absolutely disgusting and nothing like what was advertised. The pillows were yellow and clearly had not been cleaned recently (if ever). The entire room had a horrible, musty smell and everything felt dirty and unsanitary. There were 3 dirty pillows and 2 dirty towels. The overall condition of the room was completely unacceptable, I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. Also, The front desk mentioned having to kick people out of the room so we could stay there since we booked it in advance. While we were leaving another guest was complaining of cockroaches in their room. This was the WORST, MOST DISGUSTING hotel I have ever seen.

The staff is excellent no ice in ice machine no microwave air conditioner worked great. parking wasn't very cleaned first day picked screw up had to get new tire.

We reserved the room months in advance for a concert, but when we arrived the front desk said she believed they overbooked our room. After a little while, we were given the keys to our room. The room was still dirty with large chunks on concrete behind the chair in the corner, and the toilet wouldn't stop running. The next morning, housekeeping knocked on our door. I spoke through the door advising we didn't need any housekeeping. They kept knocking stating they couldn't hear me and that I needed to open the door. I was uncomfortable doing that as I could see multiple people out there and yet no housekeeping cart. Once I refused for the third time to open the door, the woman was hollering at someone else on the phone saying "I told you that was the damn room." Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

I would say this is more a motel vibe. Night staff was not honest but morning lady staff was upfront and honest. There are no queen beds here so don't be fooled by pictures and/or what's listed about this property.

Rooms where not clean, no towels, small roll of toilet paper with no back up, rust spots in sink and in tub, curtains falling off track, no remote for tv and no buttons on tv to work it. When went to ask for toilet paper and towels they was only.one person working and she said she has no idea when she would be able to get them for me. So glad it was just to sleep and leave with next stop as home so we could shower ASAP
