The website details need to be updated. The instructions say to call if your check-in is later than 8pm we got there at 7:40pm and they were closed. I called and the lady was in the shower seemed put out said she waited and the office closed at 6pm not 8pm. The website says the pool is open 24/7. She told me they lock the pool at 9pm which is fine we were going to sit in the pool for 30 mins or so before bed. We walked to the pool at 8:20pm and it was locked. Thatâs the whole reason we chose to book here over other places was the pool. She also said the office opens at 8am and there would be coffee. I went to check out at 8:20am and there was no one in the office but a maintenance person who had to call and make sure we were ok to leave the key and leave. I understand itâs a small town and probably family run but the website/instructions should be updated and the service could definitely be improved. Itâs a really cute place. The bed was comfortable the ac was good. No complaints other than the service and expectations set by the description and website.
Cute little place, but extremely disappointed in the "continental breakfast" (coffee and pre-packaged doughnuts). I was hoping for at least cereal, juice or bread options.
The room we had was absolutely tiny, but clean and it was super easy to walk to everything in town.
This is a reasonably priced, simple, clean and safe place to stay that is walking distance (about two blocks) from historic downtown Tombstone. There is a BBQ area and picnic tables for those looking to hang out. We needed a place to sleep and wash up and this was perfect for us.
Property is olderâbut well kept. Nice pool areaâalthough we didnât use it. Nicely planted gardens. Nice outdoor seating for each room. Beautiful & well-kept BBQ area. Morning coffee is great with 2 Kurig coffee makers with all the coffee necessitiesâhowever the lighting is poor so I had to use a flashlight in order to see the buttons to push. Ice is provided for evening cocktails.
