Staff know the door room got problem but they still give to customer & staff said everytime i want to open the door he will assist. I felt uncomfortable and ask to change the room but early they said they can't because i booked use online.
The room was smelly, this is the second time I got the smelly room. Preoviously even the towels were also smelly.
This time even the table was also dusty. This is the last time I stayed at this hotel. The management should buck up.
Very very difficult to get parking during weekdays. Only if you are lucky you'll get a spot. Parking space start to available during night start from 8 pm and above. The room that i got was not that clean especially toilet. As far that i know, it was a non-smoking room but unfortunately my room smell smoke. It makes us feel uneasy. It was funny too when they put bunch of notice in the toilet regarding misuse of the towels yet they provide the customers with worn out towels. That was my first and will be the last to visit.

The room was comfortable and overall, the furnishings were in good condition. The hotel's location was within walking distance of the Sunway Carnival Mall as well as various eateries and shops.
I have only complaints regarding the room windows and door. I don't think the windows were tinted, so I did not draw the curtains at all. Some of the windows were missing their handles. With regards to the door, the security chain was too long - when the door is open, there is sufficient space for an intruder to reach in and unlock the chain.
