Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Downtown/Medical Center propose une piscine couverte et une salle de fitness ouverte 24 h/24, mais aussi une aire de pique-nique.
All was good until last night when they started construction on a room repair and it went until 11 pm. Never should have been done at night and impacted guest. Could have been done during the day.
The front desk staff with absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond my expectations! Definitely would stay again if coming back to Oklahoma city. The hotel was near a lot of fun activities downtown as well as walking distance to ou.
The couch was very creaky when getting up and sitting down and uncomfortable - possibly needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. No vending machines available so had to go to lobby for severely overpriced soda and snack - $9, really?!?!? And having to pay $20 for parking but not being informed of that when booking online and room was already paid for. As much as room costs, 1st vehicle should be free!
Pro - Property clean and spacious. Parking lot patrolled by security. Police department is one block away. In-room dining menu has options, Tuscan chicken was great.
Con - I am handicapped. Not enough spaces near the front for check in. All but one accessible space was occupied by non-placard vehicle. I had to park way out in the lot and drag my suitcase with me. Very painful with my spinal condition on top of the drive time. I mentioned something to the lady at check in, she did not care and was rude about me not wanting to walk all the way back to put my parking permit in my vehicle. Painful experience; not recommend for people needing ADA services.
