When I was given a room in which they had lost the key to the door! Instead of giving me another room, they replace the lock while I was in the room! The place was dirty, they tried to charge me 2x for the room that was reserved on Expedia! The room was terrible! I felt like I was in a third world country!
We booked for an executive room with jacuzzi with free self parking as seen on your site but the hotel transferred us to an executive taxi room with no jacuzzi and a clogged toilet bowl. The given room was not the room we were expecting. We are very disappointed. I just donât know if who is not accurate your site or the hotel itself.
They will not provide blanket. Getting you room cleaned requires daily follow up many times. No check out time provided just a person comes to your door at 0800 and kicks you out or asks you to pay more money. Staff is friendly no hot or warm water. Food is good.
We arrived at the hotel, the hotel boy told us wait until is finish we been waiting almost half an hour and it is too hot, We looked at the room, and it had not been cleaned. The room was full of beer bottles and cans. The room smelled of stale tobacco smoke even though we wanted a non smoking room. There was no elevator, we tried to bring our luggage up stair no way we can do it, long stairway and we are old no one trying to help us. Overall, the hotel was not suitable for our family.
There are 2 sogo hotels next to each other. The sogo that got booked was a place to bring a girl off the street not my wife. When I tried to contact you to tell you. There was no response from you and NO customer service number to call from the Philippines.
