Expedia made it appear as if this was Hotel, but it is an apartment that is being converted. There is no entrance, just a very narrow door and a name on the doorbell. The elevator has been out of work since 2 months at least, which is whn they started this. The interior is nice materials, but we had in 1 night 5 times electricity failures only within this complex. Not upstairs nor downstairs, just there. With 38 degrees outside temperatures, the airco not working so many times is an issue.
The breakfast consists of fresh coffees, and the rest are pre-packed things you normally don't by in the cheap supermarket. I realize people have to start somewhere, but please Expedia, this is not as advertised and should not have been offered. Any price paid was too much, and the price charged this was not cheap.
