I was booked thru hotel.com and upon check in, I showed them my email with my confirmation #, I was told I was not booked. I’ve waited for 2 hours in the lobby with another family with the same situation that we’re booked but no name on their list of reserved guests. I was worried, too much stressed and scared that if I cancel my reservation thru hotel.com I get no refund and if I’ll check in I’ll pay. Staff tried to contact hotel.com but won’t answer because it’s international according to her. Finally I was checked in after 2 hours. There’s a problem between this hotel and hotel.com. According to them, hotel.com confirmed my booking but the hotel didn’t confirmed yet their rooms availability to hotel.com. I booked a family of seven (7) but only 3 double beds provided and one of us slept on the floor (with foam). On breakfast, only 2 is free and I paid 5 more breakfast paying P750.00. Our food were serve after an hour, only one staff in the kitchen who does everything. While having our meal on the lobby lunch area it was too hot no electric fan nor aircon. There’s A/C but don’t know to operate. This hotel don’t deserve a star, hostel is far better than this. Staff needs customer service training and systems upgrade. There was a guy who helped us brought our luggage up I forgot to asked his name, he was so helpful, funny, and friendly-accomodating, for him he is 5 star.
