This is a very well run, well designed and well maintained 3 star hotel. Simply impressive for what it is. The lady running the reception and breakfast room is very professional and very friendly.
I didnât appreciate there not being anyone in reception upon my arrival. The front door was locked and I had no idea how to get into the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number with no answer. I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didnât understand. I couldnât figure out the room key and it took me 20 minutes to try to get into my room. The next morning there was still no one in reception that could help me with calling a taxi.
The lack of service and someone to speak to was appalling, I have never gone to a hotel where there is no one to talk to. Not even an emergency number on the note that was left with my key.
I do not recommend staying here
Good accommodation but town not so good for dining
Accommodation was excellent and in a good village location. However, staff are available at limited times only i.e. 4pm to 8pm and 7am to 11am.
The village is very limited in terms of decent places to eat.
