We went for an overnight getaway and wanted a place either on the beach or next to the beach and this was the closest place and did not mind paying a little bit extra if we had to but when we called the hotel itself they wanted to charge me $500 for the night on hotels.com I was charged $265 after fees and taxes. So for a room that should have been $500 a night I was expecting a descent size room, a little more than a 13-in TV, a bathroom door that was on rollers and seem like it was about to fall off the rollers every time you opened it. The room itself was about 12x10 the bathroom is tiny very little water pressure, the lights were terrible in the room there was a cheap one on the ceiling that was too bright and two cheap ones one over each bed that where terrible. If we were going to be there for more than one night we would have found another hotel this is definitely not worth the money they are charging. Another couple checked into their room the same time we did and looked at us and rolled their eyes and shook their.heads
rooms were small and bare bones, which is fine, but the rooms should be $89.99 a night........tiny Tv, no closet....no room do anything but sleep, get up and leave.......
Perfectly situated mid cape motel. Everything was spotless and new . I was very happy with everything!!! Such a cute spot with a beach feel . Pet friendly as well
This place was a total disappointment. The unit was WAY smaller than pictured. Be careful that you arenât looking at the 3 bedroom unit they have, most of their advertisement pictures are for that unit. All the other ones are tiny, the TV is smaller than a laptop screen, no coffee, microwave or tea kettle in the bedroom. I am
In the hospitality industry myself and that is the bare minimum to offer guests. The place is in the middle of nowhere and EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. Donât recommend it for more than a couple of days; and definitely not if you have kids. The positive was the friendly gal at the front desk!
Very clean and comfortable room. Contacted everyday by staff to be sure I had everything that I would need. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
I often visit family on the Cape and stay in motels along Route 28. But this place
on Route 6A is quieter and more peaceful. Loved it! Thereâs a fish and chip shop a few doors down, and the bay is a five-minute drive. Spotless rooms with a boutiquey vibeâsuper cute motel.
Had a great stay at Kingfisher Lodging. The rooms were tastefully renovated with great updates. Area was quiet and the property had a great pool. The rooms were extremely clean and check in was done via text which was nice. Staff couldnât be nicer. Will definitely be back.
Excellent location with extremely clean rooms and wonderful upgrades. Convenient location to Mayflower beach and good restaurants. The area was very quiet at night which was perfect for us. Loved that the rooms opened directly to the outside and the easy contactless check-in via text message. The woman we saw managing the place was very friendly and the owner was a riot. We definitely recommend this motel.
Property was great. Super clean rooms, wonderfully updated rooms and the bathroom was better than the one at my house! The staff was wonderful during my short interactions with them and the contactless check-in was perfect and such a great idea during these times. Also, there's no key to potentially lose. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cape Cod.
