Zero accommodations for couples with small children and a stroller. Hotel is on the 3rd floor with no elevator whatsoever, only flights of stairs. There are only 7 rooms, and they are quite small, so it's really hard to bring in a stroller, you have to fold and disassemble it all the way. Teapot in the room we stayed in didn't work and hotel staff didn't give us a good working one, so it was impossible to wash/sterilize bottles for the formula. The only plus in this hotel was that it is located within walking distance to the railway station. Warning: the "standard" room we booked was so small, it had a podium bed, so we had to get an "expanded comfort" room that was still quite small, for 200 hryvna more. Also, the hotel staff tried to charge us 400 hryvna for early check-in, something that was not disclosed at all in advance when we called them, and is unheard of among other hotels to our knowledge (and we've stayed in quite a few). Overall, a negative experience; never again. Beware!
