Le personnel est serviable Ă l'exception d'une personne particulierement. Le shuttle il faut ĂȘtre patient Ă l'arrivĂše Ă l'aeroport 2 heures d'attente malgrĂš que j'ai appelĂš l'hotel la veille et a mon arrivĂše. Les environs de l'hotel ne sont pas sures, si vous devez sortir vous pouvez compter sur le personnel de la reception (formidable, Ă l'exception de la manageur) pour vous mettre en relation avec un taximan sur et Ă bon prix. Le restaurant est correct et son personnel dĂšvouĂš. Si vous rĂšsevez par internet assurez vous qu'ils ont bien pris en compte votre rĂšservation. La manageur a voulu me faire payer cash mon sĂšjour alors que je l'avais dĂšjĂ payĂš par carte bancaire par internet.
The hotel told me they could not honor the payment I made through hotels.com and they asked me to pay them directly. In the end I was double billed for the same stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you go to Addis Ababa. I am a platinum member and long time customer of hotels.com but I am no longer going to use them after this trip. They should not be advertising such shady hotels on their site.
Check-in was difficult because of the lack of English. The clerk assumed I was a transit customer who should have an airline voucher. I could not get her to understand that I should have had a reservation. I got woken up at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am to be told the shuttle was leaving for the airport. I think I finally persuaded them I was not going to the airport!
My bathroom had no toilet seat. I was offered another room which was far better, although I could not get hot water at the sink, the shower handheld device leaked, and it seemed that the toilet leaked.
They also told me that they had no arrangement with Expedia and so I had to pay again.
