The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty.
However, the quality and cleanliness of the room, and the bathroom, were not up to our usual OYO experience.
But I faced on problem at check out. They did not have direct email/booking information from Expedia. Staff said, their brand OYG get email about reservations that too staff didnât have access to it. Led to argument & then I showed staff your email that you sent me. Finally it was resolved.
