Check in was delayed because the room wasn't ready (we were told they were short-staffed in housekeeping) which was fine - we squatted in the lobby. However, there were things missing from the room (extra pillows, blankets, coffee cups, water, cups, coffee), so I had to call down to the front desk. I had to call the front desk several times to get the extra pillows/comforters before we could go to sleep (took about 3 hours to get them) and was told the hotel was out of coffee cups :-( (how does that happen at a hotel??)
