After booking this unit through expedia, the expedia app arbitrarily chose dates 2 weeks into the future of when i needed the accommodations for. Immediately realizing the date issue, i tried contacting both expedia and tagus marine to get a refund. Both were not able to help and did not provide andy solutions, other than giving the reservation to a friend or family member - unfortunately, im canadian and dont have family or friends in lisbon to use the unit.
Overall, bothe tagus and expedia were unhelpful and had no flexibility for an obvious fault in the system, resulting in the loss of my money. I would jotnsuggest dealing with such people and their unwillingness to offer any solutions. Absolutely disgraceful - just choose an actual hotel, not a private unit that takes advantage of their clientele.
