Booked a night at this place. Received confirmation. After 10pm arrived at the property. Office was closed no one could be found to check in. Called multiple times the office number and nobody answered to assist.
Long story short I ended up sleeping in the car considering the fact that I already paid for the room. I only received a call back from their office around 11:00 am the following day which didn’t solve anything. After asking them for reimbursement they just laughed and started being all defensive stating that they got nothing to do with it and expedia is the one who needs to be blamed despite the fact that they didn’t have no staff on premises to accommodate their guests. Terrible customer service.
