Completely unacceptable.
Hi there
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a full refund of the $180 CAD I paid for my stay at Bejing Hotel stay from the 01/12 - 2/12. Unfortunately, the conditions of the room and bathroom were far below expectations and really unacceptable.
Upon arrival, we found the room to be extremely uncomfortable due to the following issues:
The room was uncomfortably hot, despite attempts to adjust the temperature.
The sheets were itchy, and we felt they had not been properly cleaned.
Overall cleanliness was very poor; the room and bathroom were unhygienic, with visible dirt and grime.
Given these issues, we were unable to stay in the room comfortably, I was unable to have a shower before a 30 hour flight and also had a terrible sleep again not great prior a long flight. As a result, we feel a full refund is warranted.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the next steps for processing the refund.
