A comfortable queen bed. Television with BBC Nordic although BBC world was not working. A window that opens which is good. A clean bathroom with a nice warm shower. I thought the curtains were good, blocked out the light.

Convenient location but poor WiFi
Central location right across the bridge from the Old Town and Royal Palace. Bed was comfortable but room was small. Poor WiFi was the biggest issue but lots of places in Stockholm seems to have poor signal. Hotel is right next to traffic intersection so can be noisy at times with cars.

Spacious rooms, very well soundproofed. Comfy beds. The hotel could do with a refresh, for example: chipped paint in the bathroom, low shower pressure, etc Service could also be better, there is not enough staff at reception, so there is often some wait.

Great night's sleep, comfortable, big room. Tea and coffee making facility and a fridge in the room with 2 double beds. Our 5 year old was very pleased to have one to herself. Helpful staff, clean reception and room.

Literally a great hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Many places are at walking distance. Staff is very good and friendly; the room was kept clean every day. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice. The hotel itself could use a renovation, in the hallways it's like going back to the 70s. The underground car park is handy but very expensive (45 euros per day). Tip: the central station is around the corner.

Terrible WiFi
Room was clean and the hotel was in a convenient location to walk to places. But the wifi at the hotel was terrible. You could barely get signal and when the front desk was notified they said there was nothing they could do about it. In this day and age of technology it was hard to believe that such a big well known hotel brand would have such terrible wifi service. The hotel had construction going on next door which wasn’t bad if you were on a lower floor.
