Do not stay - no quality control
We were given room 106 upon arrival (4 guests). Thr room felt very unclean and the carpet seemed very old and unclean (we put our shoes back on). The room had 2 double beds which were VERY lumpy. Iâve never sat on such a bed in my life (the stuffing felt very lumpy and not at all like any other bed Iâve felt). We got in late and so tried to make the best of it. We felt itchy under the sheets and finally decided to pack up once we found a LOT of blood on our bed cover of one of our beds (nosebleed???). It was beyond foul and impossible to have been missed.
They moved us to a new room at the other side of the hotel. It had clearly been renovated as drywall dust was visible on most surfaces. Not all finishing were there (no towels, soap, missing hangers and other things expected in the room). But the beds were new and we were grateful to try to get the kids settled.
Breakfast was great in the morning although you eat next to the pool which was cloudy and green. The air was humid/smelled.
The hotel seems to be in process of modernization but clearly it is a gamble as to what kind of experience you might get.
Do not stay. If you get an old room it truly will feel like youâre in a nightmare.
