Let’s start with the downside. If you're booking this hotel for the rooftop or the pool - don’t.They were overcrowded to the point of being unusable. The rooftop was loud, chaotic, and felt more like a public venue than a guest amenity. It seems like they sell day passes, so you’re not just sharing the space with other guests - you’re competing with large groups who aren’t even staying at the hotel. The gym, while decently equipped, suffered the same fate: overcrowded and disorganized due to outside access.
The elevators were fast, but unfortunately had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. And those stylish cabanas and pool chairs you see in the photos? Forget it. Cabanas require an expensive rental fee, and finding an available chair is more about luck than availability.
Now, about the advertised coffee in the common areas - technically true, but only until 10am. After that, they remove parts of the machine so it's unusable. It felt more like a cost-cutting tactic than a thoughtful amenity.
The biggest disappointment, though, was the bathroom design. It offers zero privacy. If you're sharing the room -especially as a couple be prepared to share everything. There’s simply no separation or sound barrier, which was extremely uncomfortable.
On a more positive note, the in-room tech was solid. Lighting, TV, and overall digital controls worked well. Location is good too.
Don't worry about the cost of me getting a cup of coffee. t was my first and definitely last stay.
