I am giving 5 star because the African American lady at the registration office. I think her name was La Price. is very competent. Hotels.com somehow forgot to include my name on the itinerary. The other Gentleman at front could have fixed it, but did not. Instead, he asked me to contact Hotels.com, but this lady understood the underlying issue and was eager to resolve it competently. She even waived the nightly parking fees. Thank you so much
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked how spacious the room was. It didn't feel cramped but like we had room to move.
The check in process was very slow. There was only one person doing it and averaged about 7-10 minutes per guest. I was in line for about 30 minutes.
Great breakfast options. Love the omelet section. My family loved the pool. Prompt service. A little issue with the cable but it got fixed the same night. Overall decent experience.
When I say this hotel is bad, itâs bad. We walked into the room to a stench of must & mildew, there were questionable stains on the couch and chairs and it was very outdated. We didnât plan on staying at the hotel during the day so figured weâd just suck it up as there arenât many other hotels in the area that can accommodate a family of 6. We tried to sleep, but could not. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. You could feel the springs digging into you all night. The next morning, I contacted hotels.com
This hotel is always our go to in Minneapolis when we visit friends. The rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent for the kids in the family and the breakfast is a huge value add. We participated in the afternoon cocktail hour this trip and want to thank ES for that little perk. Well done! Looks like the hotel is getting a refresh soon as they were showcasing some interior design project boards near the lobby. This hotel is convenient to attractions, outdoor activities, groceries, etc. The staff is super friendly and we will be back for another stay soon.
There was smoke in the building, due to my daughterâs asthmatic reaction to the smoke, we had to leave at around 12am 7/26/25. We were barely there. The fire dept showed up twice in the very few hours that we were there. Our kids were terrified. We ended up having to leave and we took the stairs down the 7 floors to get out. We didnât feel safe. We requested some kind of refund but havenât heard back from the hotel yet
We had a very good stay. Staff is all great. Nice and quiet, until Thursday night. After soccer teams showed up, kids tool over the building. It's too bad parents use this time to sit drinking while visiting and forget they have kids. I feel bad for the staff of the hotel. Half classes of beer were left on tables, plates and garbage all over. Kids were running down the hall and tapping on our door at 11:30 p.M.
Only downside of our stay.
We had a mini vacation right before the 4th of July. The price per night here was a great deal! We've stayed here before and absolutely love their breakfast! My son was bummed they didn't have waffles, but he had an omelette and he was very happy! Fresh fruit is great along with everything else! They have snacks in the evening, we didn't have any of them, but we were busy.
The pool was nice and it's a little deeper than most hotels (six feet). It was very busy one night, but the next night was perfect! We checked out the workout room and they have a good variety.
Some of the ice machines weren't working. The rooms are nice and roomy! Perfect for two nights for four people. The sofa bed mattress wasn't very comfortable, but my son didn't mind. The queen beds were not as comfortable as other hotels we've stayed at and the pillows were okay.
The staff was very friendly and the front desk sent us a text making sure things were going well.
We will definitely be back!!
My family and I often choose Embassy Suites when traveling. A big draw for us is the amazing breakfast they offer. We also enjoy the separate sitting room with table in the rooms, allowing us to have a meal in our room without having to eat on the bed. This particular Embassy also offers a great fitness room with dumbbells, something not all hotels offer. There were a few minor issues with our room, possibly in need of some updates including a very squeaky door, and a lap that the outlet didn't work on. We were also disappointed about the new parking charge of $12 a day. Overall, I would still choose an Embassy.
Hotel staff was very friendly and addressed any questions we had.
Breakfast was excellent.
Hotel and room was clean.
Room beds were very comfortable.
We gad a great stay
We picked this hotel for room and for gym. When we went to use gym, it was extremely small but the worse part was that the equipment did not work. Most was broken or out of use. I wish we wouldve known prior to booking because we would not have stayed had we known this. When i brought to attention of staff, very little was done. In addition to this, the fact that we had to pay for parking was crazy considering we are paying hotel guests. Overall, very disappointed abd will bot be staying there again.
