We entered the hotel on Christmas eve to room 610. From the first day, we reported the Aircon, Hairdryer and one lamp wasn't working, could they please send someone to repair it. We repeated this request for 3 days in a row. Eventually they asked us to move to another room (311). The new room had a working haridryer, but the safe was too small for a laptop, the aircon sounded like a plane taking off (altough cooling slightly - would call it a built-in fan, not an aircon) and the shower leaking.
Aside from those issues the room, bathroom and hotel was very clean, all the required items you need for a family stay there. But the overly warm room and equipment not working, wasn't making this a pleasant stay as I woke up tired from not sleeping in the immense heat in the first room (during winter!). We dont exactly pack summer clothers for winter holidays.
Please don't indicate on sites like Hotels.com that you provide certain facilities, if you don't. I won't book with this hotel again.
Also, the reception messed up a bit with our Christmas eve dinner booking at the restaurant, but the bar was friendly enough to accommodate us.
