Nice hotel but the staff was just staff not worker
No hot water at night. I texted, the only method recognized, and no response. The front desk were cordial but not workers. Food in the floor and asked for valet and was told to do it myself without the contact number. Room was clean. We have stayed before and knew it was small. But no hot water after a certain time at night was unappealing.
The staff was amazingly helpful at check in. I wish I could recall her name the young lady was outstanding. The room was great. The parking fee was way too high 50+ dollars for Jeep Cherokee and the street in front of the hotel was a catastrophe. Otherwise all was very nice.
Great little hotel located close to Canal and Bourbon street but not in the middle of party central. Easy walk to everything though. Not a lot of amenities but also none really needed. The front desk was helpful and offered ice, luggage storage, etc⊠no restaurant or bar but you could buy bottles. Ruby Slipper next door for breakfast/ lunch only. Good rates for the area. Clean and quiet for an older building. Super high ceilings in our room so lighting wasnât great in bathroom. I think some rooms have better vanities with better lighting.
Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Good, central location. Rooms are a little tight, being a historic building. Overall, was a good experience and would stay there again. Entrance is kind of on a side street that doesnât have a lot of traffic, so that was good.
The Pelham Hotel kan varmt anbefales. Det er store og hyggelige vÊrelser og hotellet ligger centralt i gÄafstand fra det meste. Det er stille og roligt om natten. Personalet er super sÞde og nÊrvÊrende,
