There's nothing particularly wrong with the hotel. My problem is that I paid through Hotels.com and the hotel took my credit for incidentals, but when I got home I noticed that the hotel had charged me again for the room. In other words, I was charged twice. I went in personally to ask to be refunded and the young woman who helped me reassured me that it would get done, but thus far, I have not been reimbursed. The young man who checked me in didn't even notice that this was a Hotels.com reservation and used my credit card to charge me again for the room and thus far, no reimbursement. I assume I'll get reimbursed one day, but I just don't like this type of carelessness.
