Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, and the front desk staff was courteous and welcoming, making us feel at home. However, we must express our concern regarding certain aspects of the service.
On the third day of our stay, neither the towel replacement nor the so-called "soft cleaning" was performed. While we understand that oversights can happen, this was disappointing, as we expected the level of service promised.
More urgently, I am still waiting for the refund of my $250.00 deposit, which was taken as a guarantee during check-in. To my dismay, this amount was directly debited from my account, which makes this situation even more alarming. As you can imagine, this is quite distressing, and I kindly urge you to process the refund immediately. I am deeply concerned about this delay, and I sincerely hope this matter is resolved without further complications.
Please treat this with the utmost urgency and confirm as soon as the refund has been processed.
