We booked this hotel after calling to make sure they had indoor pool. We check in and as they hand my husband the key card they inform us that the pool is not open, closed for maintenance. This was after we paid. I tell them that I had called to verify that they had a indoor pool and we were coming in town for a banquet and there are a lot of other families that are staying here and they all booked so the kids could swim. All o got was a sorry. I then asked if we could get a discount due to pool being closed. They said that they would have to talk to the manager, but he is not here right now. After talking with the manager he stated that since we already paid that there was nothing he could do, we would have to call Hilton. The pool door was about to be opened with key card, pool was full of water and running. When asked is it really broke or did you guys just not want to cleaning it after having a large group lady go super defensive and said no ot is really broke, it has leaks and piping issues and heater is not working. (Then why is it running and not drained if it has leaks).
No shampoo in the shower. Did not find this out until after i was in the shower.
Breakfast was a joke. Pretty much no breakdat. Nothing hot no meat or eggs, no waffles, no bread for toast, there was nothing but a bowl of individual yogurts and 2 cereals no kid would eat. Had to go to a McDonald's for breakfast.
Very sad the money we spend to just have a bed and no amenities.
