The resort is nestled in the rain forrest. Monkeys and butterflies everywhere. The beach is magnificent and calm (no music, no motorized water sports, thankfully!). The pools are nice and so are the showers etc. The restaurants are good although rather expensive. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of functioning salt dispensers. The room was clean and airy, but the fan was noisy. The resort will undergo a complete renovation starting September 2017 and that is good, since there are quite a few things now looking tired and outdated.
