The hotel has nice facilities and an excellent location. Most of the staff inside the hotel is extremely kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, there are a few areas that need improvement.
First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the valet parking staff, the first point of contact upon arrival, left a negative one. They came across as unfriendly and seemed to expect a tip in a very uncomfortable way, which was not a great start to the stay.
On my first night, I couldn’t sleep well because the A/C motor in my room was broken and extremely loud. To their credit, the hotel replaced it promptly the next day, but the damage was done with a poor first night’s rest.
Additionally, the main elevators were out of service during my stay, so we had to use the service elevator, which was inconvenient.
For a hotel that markets itself as 4 stars, these issues made the experience feel below expectations. That said, the location is fantastic, and the staff inside the hotel truly delivers excellent service. I would consider staying here again, but I do hope they address these points moving forward.
