FAIL!!
Service was ok. Staff tried to accommodate but the property has many issues with maintenance and security. Secondary exterior doors remained unlocked 24 hrs/day so any bum can come inside and wander around. 1st floor common areas smell very musty/moldy. I assume from the indoor pool/spa.
Day 1. Our 1st floor room smelled moldy and caused sneezing and runny nose for 2 days (cleared up shortly after checking out). Water/mold stains on ceiling in room. Upon check-in room TV would not connect to cable (staff temporarily fixed but on day 2 went out again and was told problem was with cable router on floor 1 and nobody knew how to fix) , Room door locks would not open (had to swipe our card 10-20 times to get it to unlock (they were aware of the issue and new locks were on backorder. Nothing they could do about it other than change rooms). Bathroom vanity faucet was hard to adjust water temp. Bathroom vanity light was missing cover. Main interior room light was out with lots of bugs in the globe (staff cleaned the globe and replaced the bulb.
*Day 2... TV cable was going out (router). Staff moved us to a 2nd floor room. Room was much better but shower water pressure was low.
Will not stay at Comfort Inn again.
