In the first minute I discovered a cockroach on the dining table. But then my wife and I discovered two more on the curtains near the bed. Then lastly a big one on the fridge door. I had a feeling there would be roaches in here because the week prior I stayed in a room on the 33rd floor and in three days killed 20 roaches with a spray under the kitchen sink. So the hosts is well aware of the roach problem but didnât want to refund me my money when I asked to cancel for my second week. So when I arrived this time (to the room on the 10th floor), I noticed the roaches right away and left. I just booked across the street. I hope everyone reads this and stays away. Iâm not getting my money back even though I didnât stayed the two nights, even though there were plenty of roaches, even though I had a horrible experience the week before. I wouldnât have been mad if the host wouldâve just allowed me to get my money back for the second stay at least. The host wonât do anything about this. Theyâll just offer someone to clean your room, which does nothing because many of the roaches were little, meaning that thereâs a nest here. DONâT STAY HERE!!!!
Everything inside the room was very clean, everything was well-arranged and no foul odor. I feel at home during my stay. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. You can see in their faces the readiness to assist you in case of any concern.
This was a horrible experience. I complained to the management about cockroaches. In my time staying there (the first time) I killed 20 roaches, using a spray that was under the kitchen sink. Because the spray was there, the owner mustâve known about this problem. The management didnât help me out. I have a second reservation, which I asked to cancel and get a refund for because of this issue. The management knows the issue and continues to allow people to book rooms. And this is in BGC. These issues need to get handled. Roaches.... not good. Donât book here!
