This was my second stay. I gave it a top score last time, as the room was fairly large, was on the top floor with a view and I only paid £110 to include breakfast.
This time I had a tiny room (barely bigger than the bed) that was inward facing and looked into the bar below. For the privilege, I paid nearly £250 (not including breakfast).
So, if you can book early and get a good rate (and a high up room), then this is still 5*, but for the smaller room - not so good.
For reference, Premier Inn's (not the hubs) on the same night were around £30-£40 cheaper and offer significantly less cramped rooms.
