Nice looking hotel but conditions are poor. Hotel is currently under major construction inside and was not posted upon reservation. Towels in the restroom had stains, shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. The restroom sink handles leak when in use overall a horrible experience.

Very nice lobby with waterfalls and fish. The staff is not readily available at desk upon check in but thorough once arrived. The property is going through renovations but is still nice. A bit dated but rooms are comfortable. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again

Trip was to attend an event and we had a very nice stay for one nite. We really appreciate the separate bedroom, a definite plus. Significant construction was occurring, which for our brief stay was no issue. The complimentary drinks, snacks and beverages are a great amenity. The woman making drinks, I apologize for not knowing her name, was great PR. Welcoming, professional and a great smile. The made to order breakfast sounded great. But, the slow moving line of about 20-25 people and not enough people trying to make the food was a no go. The food looked great, we just didn’t have time to wait. Perhaps adding help when things get busy would work better for the guests and the hard working person in the kitchen doing their very best to serve everyone. We watched several people turn around, as we did. Yes, oatmeal, sweets and baked goods were available. If that was what the guest wanted. Which is not, made to order. So, if you want to use “made to order breakfast” in your marketing, then please remedy the problem for both your staff and guests We will definitely be back, after the renovations are complete.

We had a couple of hiccups but the stuff promptly made it right. All in all, a really nice place to stay. Breakfast was really good with lots of options to choose from. Lots of parking. Well situated. Lots of food options nearby. Neighborhood was nice too. I would definitely stay her again
