It needs to be sanitized!!
Our check in was after hours since our flight was delayed. The agent was super accomodative. When I got there the check in took a little longer as she struggled with the scanning of the id. Once I got to my room, just the look of the door, the seal was hanging out, broken as tho. I open the door and the door does not stay shut. I had to hold it closed and put the dead bolt to keep it closed. It smelled musty & like pet Pee. It was already 2am and we were drained from traveling all day. When going into the bathroom, my daughter could not locate any towels, wash cloths, bath rags. The toilet paper was on the last quarter of it and no new rolls was NOT in there. I went to jump on the bed. And just before i did, i noticed it looked to be dirty. I tried to call the front desk, the phone was out so I walked down. They gave me a sheet to cover bed and said the room cleaners be there in the morning. I went back upstairs to heat up my food, the microwave did not work. The next morning we had to leave early so I let them know about the microwave and the smell. We come back late in the evening. The microwave works, still no towels etc., the bed is still dirty and the pee smell is bad. I go down to talk to them. He ensures they will come. He gives one towel set. I didnt realie until I got back to the room. I'm overit and we just make due with what we have. Next day i go let them know, they send the cleaners as I am standing in the office while my daughter is asleep in the room.
