We didnât have a stay. We were going to be late so we called last and told them weâd be late. We were told it would not be a problem. Well, it was. When we arrived the front office was locked. We called the number and the answering person said you were late so we canceled your reservation. A prepaid. After explaining that we called the person said too bad. Come back in 4 hours and make another one
I arrived and no one was at the front desk. The door was locked. A number was posted on the door to call. I called, but the lady could not help me. She could not check me in. I left and went to another hotel. I better not get charged for this booking.
Just needed an inexpensive place near the hospital I was having surgery the next day. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and we only had one washcloth, no actual bath towels. My husband had to go to the office and retrieve some. But again, it served the purpose that I needed at the time
We arrived and the wifi was down but nobody gave us an update or a time frame of wait. We discovered what was going because we were waiting while they were on a phone call trying to figure it out but we have to still go back for a key. Itâs been an inconvenience we had to get ready since we had a wedding to go to and we missed the ceremony since we lasted 40 min in the reception trying to get a response of help.
Upon arrival at 11:45-12:00 am after check in time due to travel delay.
No attendant at the front desk. There was a posting on the door directing people with reservations to use the phone to the right of the door to call/contact the desk. The phone wasnât operable. I called the customer number on the site who then attempt contact the front desk with no response/success, they proceeded to tell me I will not be able to check in and would need to return the following day for check in, leaving me with no recourse but to rent hotel with another provider at 12:30 am in the morning after being in airport and on flights for the last 13 hours.
After returning to the hotel the next afternoon I shared my experience with the front desk person and they stated that should not have happened, someone is always available. They also said they would note my reservation and ensure the charge for the day would be removed/credited to me.
After checking in and receiving my room key I enter the room that was by no means in the condition for a guest . The carpeted floor was dirty with visible debris, the bed comforter was soiled/stained on the side along with 1 of the pillows be soiled. The room had a damp dank Oder. The microwave in the kitchenette was dirty around the handle and on the inside. The vanity in the bathroom was dirty with strands of hair and one of the towels had visible hair with light stain. The door was not completely sealed on the side and at the bottom the light was peering in.
Pro: Room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Did have an iron and ironing board. Had a full kitchen with large frig, stovetop and microwave. Room was quiet. Nearby First Watch restaurant. Reasonable price.
Con: No coffee maker, hair dryer, only one small side chair besides high stools. Only two bath towels and wash clothes. No hand towels. Was warned by hotel about lack of kitchenware. We picked up larger soaps, paper towels, plates, cups and silverware to make our stay passable.
